At GROW Coaching And Training we believe in the human body and mind self healing. We use Coaching methods through Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Deep Meditation,  and Hypnosis using NLP. 

Psychotherapy

  • Existential Psychotherapy: Meaning Therapy, also known as meaning-centered counseling and therapy, is an integrative, positive existential approach to counseling and psychotherapy.
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy:  effectively treats depression and other disorders.
  • Supportive-Epressive Psychotherapy: Supportive therapy is defined by its goals, its method, and its techniques. The goals of supportive therapy can vary from restoration and maintenance of functioning to fulfillment of whatever may be the individual’s capacities for happiness and healthy living.
  • Integrative Psychotherapy: Psychotherapy integration has become a dominant movement. Convinced that "pure-form" orientations have neither provided a satisfactory understanding of psychopathology nor resulted in sufficiently effective treatments for the majority of Psychotherapy clients, we integrate constructs and methods belonging to diverse approaches.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

It's a form of psychotherapy and talk therapy that focuses on individuals thoughts (cognitions) and offer functional coping mechanisms. CBT can be most beneficial with the following disorders:

  • Low self-esteem/ self worth
  • OCD
  • Panic Attacks
  • Self Harm

Hypnotherapy

  • Hypnosis is learning how to follow instructions in order to relax and get out of the way of your unconscious mind. It involves you experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with your attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. 
  • Hypnosis can be used to treat psychological, emotional and physical disorders,
  • In a hypnotherapy session you are always in control and you are not made to do anything, in fact it works on a level to create change and it's all about empowerment. 
  • Hypnotherapy aims to re-program patterns of behavior within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome.
  • Hypnotherapy is used to help with:
